Letter opener
Over at a new chess blog, by Transformation, the most recent post is titled Letters to a Young Blue Devil. I think he is talking about me, though he could be talking to all Duke students and staff :) In the letter, among other things, he discusses the best methods for new players to improve. fyi, it is a testiment to your unique individual qualities that despite your self avowed beginner status, at least relative to sophisticated chess, that so many good bloggers visit your blog and leave comments.
i dreamed a dream last night that i was definitely going to write a book. of course, not a new thought. just deeply clear.
