Errant Scribe

I will organize things this weekend when I have some free time, reproducing (roughly) Tempo's 'How to be a Knight Errant' post for my site, and updating my sidebar. When I do, please let me know if I have missed you. I think I will maintain my tradition of having three sidebar sections for the Knights: Knights in the Heat of Battle, Knights Victorious (Active Blogs), and Knights Victorious (Inactive blogs). The Knights Victorious (i.e., those who have finished the Circles) will be in the active pane if they post once a month.
Chesswise, I finished circle 3.4. I'm nearly halfway through my circles!
# Circles | Percent Correct | |
Problem Set 1 | 14 | 98-99-100-100-100-100-100 100-100-100-99-100-99-98 |
Problem Set 2 | 15 | 90-93-96-99-99-99-99-99 99-99-99-99-99-99-100 |
Problem Set 3 | 4 | 85-93-97-99 |
Problem Set 4 | 0 | |
Problem Set 5 | 0 |
NOTE: Circles undertaken with CTB.

I officially gave up on CTS. Why? If I take my time and solve the problems correctly, too much time passes and I lose points, which nets me problems that are too simple. If I play too quick and get it wrong, my rating also goes down and the problems I get thrown at me are super easy. I'm done with CTS due to that.
CT-Art for me from here on out.
I did about 4000 problems on CTS, and am rated about 1550 on there.
Good luck improving to all.
Thanks for stepping up and taking this role.
Jim
Hey BDK,
Thanks again for picking up this job. I was curious if you are also going to keep track of rating progress as Tempo did? If so, my rating progress (Knight Keystor) hadn't been updated in his table for a while...My starting rating is 1430 and my current rating is ~1850 (both at PlayChess) for a rating improvement of 420.
Thanks,
Ron
Ron and everyone: this weekend I'll post what I plan on doing. I don't know if I'll have the energy to do the ratingprogress chart, and it is pretty sparse as it is. We'll see.
