Chessflash just got even better
Glenn Wilson has outdone himself by making it all cut and paste. No need for an account. Take a pgn, cut, paste, and you've got a gorgeous flash app to play through your game. Now there are no excuses.
Also, if you just want to display a single position, here is a great app.

This looks very good indeed i think my next blog game will be with this.
*Sigh* I wish I could use it...I may end up having to move over to Blogger.
Wordpress won't display them? That sucks.
Thanks for the kudos.
WordPress seems to disallow embedded media except for specific approved types.
Wordpress blogs that are hosted by wordpress site dont allow chess relay programs. That is the reason why i moved from wordpress to blogger.
If you host a wordpress blog on your own domain then it's you who decide what is allowed or not.
Hi there. I made that little chess rendering application. I didn't know anybody was actually using it...
Maybe I should make a WordPress plugin out of it?
msikma: I bet people would appreciate it!
Alright, as soon as I get my new blog working I'll get right on it. If anybody else is tired of waiting and wants to do it himself, feel free, since the code is essentially public domain.
In case anyone is still interested, the application that was linked to in the original post (link is now dead; I switched hosts and will reinstate it soon) is now available as a WordPress plugin. It's simple plug-n-play and allows you to use BBcode-style markup to display positions from FEN strings.

THanks for the heads up. When I do my semi-monthly 'blog roundup' post I'll mention it.
msika: the old link is dead? The one in my post. What happened?
