The final word on a silly dispute
As far as I'm concerned, this is the final word on the petty dispute between Dr Kirby (ChessDB) and Pasco (SCID-pg), the two developers of different forks of the SCID chess database. Guy Macon, thank you for injecting sanity and objectivity into this counterproductive and juvenile debate.

A peek at the night side of the human mind is always very interesting and a bit scary if you realize the potential consequences of such tunnelvisionnaries. That they have the right to vote, for instance:)
I'm just delighted with having a choice. I'm ignoring the invective and using the programs, and my thanks go to BOTH fork authors.
