Why chess has been on the back burner
Three weeks ago my life changed: Her name is Ella.
I do have a couple of chess related posts in the queue. One from guest blogger Hank. Another a review (finally) of Zuke 'Em. Sleep deprivation is sort of kicking my butt right now, but when I equilibrate I'll post again.
From reading your posts in other places I pictured you as one of my old wise professors in their late 50's. Didn't know you were just becoming a daddy.
Awwwwww! Congrats! :)
ReplyDeleteShe's beautiful BDK!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!
Congratulations! I'm sure she has already changed your perception of just about everything.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful baby!! What's her ELO? Congrats. ;)
ReplyDeleteVery Nice! Congrats!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! My son Elliot is just over 11 months, and it's amazing.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! What a cutie!
ReplyDeleteI see your study of mating patterns finally paid off.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations.
Thanks everyone.
ReplyDeleteJA Topfke: lmao
Looks like she is already thinking:"No daddy, the other pawn".
ReplyDeleteCongrats.
That's sweet. Congrats.
ReplyDeleteOften she gets a look on her face of intense deliberation, a look that could easily be interpreted as deciding on a move in a key position.
ReplyDeleteInevitably that face means she has gas. :)
Very sweet. Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteYour new girlfriend looks kind of young.
ReplyDeleteMrs CL.
Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteI have missed you so much, Mrs CL!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Well played...
ReplyDeleteNow the task of fathering (parenting to be pc) begins...but no excuse for slacking at chess! LOL! :-)
Nobody misses my husband, god rest his soul. :-(
ReplyDeleteMrs CL
Congratulations! She's adorable :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Congrats!
ReplyDeleteNow THAT'S what I call a fine Queen promotion. Best of luck.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie-pie!!! Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteElla? Didn't you mean Elo?
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!
I would call that a powerful and beautiful novelty!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your GORGEOUS daughter!! :-) Will be looking forward to your posts again when you're a bit more rested. :-)
ReplyDeleteHoly Smokes BDK!
